About the Founder

In 2012, Supriya graduated from Parsons School of Design in New York with a BFA in Communication Design with a focus in bringing Indian craft to the forefront through technology. While at Parsons, she interned at a numerous number of companies in New York city including Dior, Mucca Design, Avroko, United Nations and Fjord .Thereafter, the knowledge she gained from the Jewelry Design at the Gemological Institute of America in London helped her grow Ajubelle, a fashion jewellery startup. Supriya is passionate about elegant simplicity and its power to be mass market product. Ajubelle was covered as part of the Global Lab initiative at Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.This is where she encountered the market for internships across the globe. Her journey has just begun but she’s on her way to growing Raay Education into a global service! 

More personally, she was featured in the Mid-Day publication for a recent photography exhibit titled “Through the Lens”, in collaboration with Tao Art Gallery. Some of the proceeds from this exhibit were donated to Give India for COVID relief. In addition, she works on interesting creative projects that include a home furnishings line and experential driven activities.
